This policy explains how First Spin Magic identifies commercial relationships. The appearance of a casino, hotel, brand, product or service in our content does not by itself mean that it paid or sponsored First Spin Magic.
Relationships that need disclosure
When applicable, we disclose paid sponsorships, affiliate/referral compensation, free or discounted stays, meals, travel, tickets, merchandise, promotional play or other benefits connected with an endorsement. Relevant employment, ownership, family or personal relationships also require clear explanation.
Where to find the disclosure
Look for an understandable disclosure with the relevant endorsement or link, such as “Ad,” “Sponsored,” or a description of a complimentary benefit. An affiliate disclosure explains when FSM can receive compensation from a referral or qualifying action. We do not assume every viewer has read this page. Video and livestream disclosures must also reach viewers in the content itself.
Editorial and offer limitations
Compensation is not evidence that a product is suitable for you, a casino is lawful in your location, or an outcome is guaranteed. Opinions must reflect actual experience, and objective claims need support. Offers can have eligibility, expiry, deposit, wagering and withdrawal conditions; verify them directly before participating.
Platforms may independently place advertisements around our content or pay FSM a share of advertising revenue. That arrangement does not by itself mean every company shown in a video sponsors it.
Commercial relationships involving gambling operators remain subject to applicable laws, licensing rules and operator requirements; a disclosure does not replace them.
